They do this by tracking complaints against business owners and how those complaints were resolved, while honoring companies that do an excellent job at keeping their customers satisfied.
According to the Pueblo Better Business Bureau website, the Advisory Council “improves the value and relevancy of BBB in Pueblo through meaningful engagement with businesses and consumers in the community.”
Local business owners serve on the BBB’s Advisory Council to facilitate this goal of engagement between consumers and businesses. In his time on the Pueblo Better Business Bureau’s Advisory Council, Jeff was responsible for helping to build a good relationship between consumers and the business community in Pueblo and the surrounding area.
