2023 is off to a challenging start for home builders. Our Colorado winter has pummeled us with snow and ice, but thankfully JS Homes Inc. sub-contractors have met the challenge and worked hard and it’s allowed us to stay on schedule with our custom home building in Colorado Springs.
We’re really excited about some new custom homes that are under way for this year.
We are building two new homes in the beautiful new Winsome development of Black Forest. In one of these homes, we are building an indoor Archery range as the owner is an avid sportsman and toxophilite!. In the second home, we are building a six car garage to accommodate our owner’s collection of automobiles.
Our third build in the Winsome development is a new custom home for the 2023 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes. This home is scheduled to be completed in late August and some special features will include 5 bedrooms, finished theater room, exercise room and study. Along with completed landscaping, this home will be available for sale to one very lucky family!
We have a few lots available in Winsome starting at $200k. Lots are between 2.5 – 5.29 acres. Five acre lots allows horses! We also have a beautiful 38 acre lot available in Blue Springs. Land is one of the best assets to invest in, which is why it’s such a great idea to invest in acreage in Colorado. Land almost never loses its value, since it’s a limited resource, and it’s not possible to just “make more land.” Purchasing any of our lots also gives you the opportunity to build a custom home with us.
