We value the relationships we have built over the years with our Realtors and have had the pleasure of meeting many of you through our sales or through events like “Breakfast with the Builders” put on by the HBA of Colorado Springs.

We believe that you work hard in developing your client relationships and you deserve to be compensated for that hard work. We promise to you that we will pay the full 3% commission on the construction cost of the home and any associated change orders during the build process.
