OUR FLOOR PLANS

JS Homes Inc is truly a custom design/build firm. We believe that every home is unique to the customer living in it and that they should be able to bring their own style and function to the home. Building in Colorado Springs, Monument, El Paso County southern Colorado, we have discovered that some styles work well in this area. We have designed a series of homes that have been built for our discerning clients and have created custom home plans that can be built again or changed to fit our clients needs.

We would love to sit down and discuss with you your next home building project.

You can build on one of our inventory lots, or we would be happy to discuss building on your own lot.

What set’s us apart is the ability to listen to our clients needs, discern what they desire in a home and then put that into drawing and finally creation.

You will work with us from the beginning through to the end of the process.

You will notice that our floor plans are named after the 14’ers that we have here in Colorado. We wanted to capture the beauty of this great state and pay homage to what drew us to live in Colorado Springs in the first place.

Plan #101 – The Cheyenne

This plan offer’s a partial second story with privacy. Featuring aging in place techniques this home is designed for many different clientele in mind.

Plan #102 – The Elbert

This plan will be built in the 2020 Parade of Homes in Colorado Springs. Grand and expansive this is the largest home in JS Homes inventory of plans.

Plan #103 – The Harvard

This plan will feature a split living floor plan with a grand 2 story entry. Plenty of living space both up and down is sure to satisfy all of our clients.

Plan #104 – The Pikes Peak

This plan was designed for the incredible mountain views that Colorado Springs offers. We love the wrap around covered patio/deck which provides outdoor living space.

Plan #105 – The Capitol

This plan is part of our Master series. These plans feature smaller footprints, but still retain the quality and features you expect in a JS Homes home.

Plan #106 – The Evans

Also, part of our Master series, this plan features split living and vaulted kitchen/great room. A separate private master suite makes this home pleasing to many of our clients.
